  • We all assign labels to ourselves. Introvert vs extrovert, logical vs creative, the list goes on. While I think that's fine, I think it becomes a problem when these become limiting beliefs and they stop you from doing things you really want to do.

    Hey what advice would you give someone who used to be bullied in secondary school and then in his thirties still lacks a bit of social confidence probably as a result of this? Probably a confidence/self development question and I’m a male if that helps ? Thanks

      For me the exercise and the gym helped massively! Also, getting out of the comfort zone every single day.
