One of the most overlooked parts on a vehicle is the cabin air filter. The cabin air filter is responsible for filtering out dust, pollen and other debris from entering the interior of the vehicle through the air vents. If your filter is dirty or clogged, you'll want this direct replacement.
The only tool needed to install this cabin air filter is a small screwdriver. Once you've removed the plastic clips from the cowl panel, lift up and remove the old filter. Pop it out of the frame and insert the new one. Then, slide the filter back into place and re-install your inserts and clips. Installation takes around five minutes on your 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014 Mustang.
