There is HUGE difference in a dance routine and fitness dance routine people! Quite obviously these ladies are in a fitness studio, so why would you not assume this is a fitness routine? As a fitness instructor I can applaud them! Perfect amount of cardio mixed with toning, and repetitive enough so the class can keep up! Good job!!
I think it's great! I love it! Not every dance done has to be hard core it's a great low impact song which the best way to lose weight you go high low high low while teaching classes.

dasha wyn did you ever notice that almost every dance crew is asian such as Jabbawockeez,Quest Crew, and Poreotics? Asian heritage includes lot of martial arts and hip hop. They have way more rhythm.
