Great series! Cotton contracts are VERY profitable and EASY! Hire a worker, go back when they're done and pick up the product. No carting needed! The left over cotton sells for great prices! Use the Case harvesters and you don't lose any product. You can unload incomplete baled. (unlike the JD harvester)👍😎

Just watched the other two episodes, didn't realise how early I was. Loving the series! Was tempted to try out this map so really interesting seeing someone else have a go first

In keeping the story line there is a mod Tip Anywhere allows you to get all the dirt off the roads. Could still be government contracted..... just a thought.

Thnx, good series… how did you remove all that debrie and stones/rocks in front of the construction? I own the same property like you but i can’t remove those stones and rocks on that land.

Sorry this is late BUT: for the RP it woulda been funny if the construction company says they charge you 10G to clear the rubble but then you come back with “yea but if you want this easement thru my property to remain intact…..

I bought the same land you did, but I can't remove the debris fence. How did you get the fence to go away?
