Raffetto's is one of the oldest pasta shops in the country. The New York institution first opened its doors in 1906, and 117 years later is still thriving. It supplies some of the best restaurants in New York City. Now the fourth generation of Raffetto's is moving into a new future with personalized private dinners called Petite Pasta Joint.

I love their pappardelle! I've been using it for many years. My belief is if you can make it better than make it. If you can buy better than buy it. I can't make it better than them.
