I received mine today! I charged it, and let me tell you, I didn't feel anything at all. There was no massaging, no pulsating, NO NOTHING!

I bought one, felt nothing. My daughter tried it and jumped off of the seat. Realised my 70 year old feet need a higher setting. Use it when I'm working at my desk, love it.

I keep it on 1 or 2 and it's powerful enough. Start at 1 and then work up. Don't go directly to the high setting first! The first time I used I started on a mid setting and it shocked the crap out of me haha. ...Instructions : Press the '+' to start it (on the left) and the minus to turn off (flick down to past 0). Adjust the intensity with the + and - . Have both feet on the drawing outline - one on the left and one on the right, or it doesn't work. Use the M (centre) to adjust the sensation / pulse.
One side of mine is a bit stronger than the other so I spin it around after a while. My feet have been hurting and after a while on this the pain is relieved when I walk.

This video enabled me to keep my massager and not have to return it. It's just to bad (ridiculous) that the manufacturers didn't see fit to enclose understandable and useful instructions with it.

Qi have it at 19 and don’t feel a thing. I waited too long so can’t send it back.
I bought 3. None worked. Charged all 3 main units for over 2 hrs. Tested voltage and they all worked. Did a continuity test on the silver "supposedly conductive paint" but got nothing. No continuity, so they won't work. Pretty pissed off.
I bought a pink one..... because the pink was on offer. My only gripe is that the instructions didn't include the information on the different modes. I soon realised that when you change modes, the vibrations go back to 1 so need to increase the intensity. The same goes for if you turn it off and on again. I have used the more expensive versions and this works just as well - if not better in some modes - but I travel a lot and am on my feet so needed a more portable version. For those who left reviews saying they couldn't feel anything, I wonder if they increased the intensity enough as all our feet are different.
I bought two. It does work. I find that when i take one foot off that i feel nothing. Both feet needs to be on.

ours arrived with a broken part - the snap ripped out of the matt, so no electrical contact is possible. there is no email or contact info for getting a replacement. Apparently, the distributor is in Franklin Park, IL, but the name is not on the box or product. These are for sale from $6 to what I paid $39. It doesn't work period. Wish I'd seen the $6 one but probably don't work either. Don't buy these. I played 2 video instructions plus enclosed and no e work. It's a joke. Now I have to try and get the $39 bucks back and a bank claim can take 99 days.

I'm locked in confusion about 2 pads that have a tiny silver ball on it - where does it go?? Whar do they supposed to do? They're just 2 white little oval shaped pads that obviously are intended to stick somewhere - BUT WHERE??? LOL.
The back of that round black item (main unit) has two buttons that pop into the top two silver buttons at the top of the pad. I got that right, but I still can't get it to produce any kind of electrical impulses.
