Hello. How to get refund for missing items Ajio customer care is not giving positive resolution. Any other option
I received an empty box and when I wanted to iniate refund,they simply say that there is no possibility for that..I wont shop in Ajio anymore
@@ashamishra5120 being an ex employee i can say that there is very less possibility that u will get your refund. According to company rules one should get refund within 7 business days but its only in rules , reality is far behind from it.
They do not even provide full training to customer care people, so they are just helpless just like you.

I face same problem...i had ordered 3dresses..they r of bad quality and one of bottom missing.... So i have to return all. They refund 2-4 days... ..and delete app...for 4 months.... .now i order again.....get good quality

I don't think ajio is scam I have ordered many products from past 3 years...also I have returned many products I have got refund within 3 days also return was picked up in 1 or 2 days ...Exchange may take 1 week or even more we will have to talk with customer care but I have always got refund.May be you should check your bank mini statement or ajio wallet if it's cod order

During ajio big bold sale I ordered an ethnic dress for my 7 year old cousin and it costs only 260 rupees (on 80% discount) . Today I received it, after unboxing we all were surprised because it contains a woman's plazzo kurta set. It's a negative thing getting wrong product but the good thing is that the suit we received is of good quality and no one can guess that it costs just 260 rupees.
Ajio have various negative things like the delay in delievery, worst customer support, most of the product are generally out of stock.
You can never get the low prices like ajio gives you.

Really bad experience with AJIO.I paid more than 3k for mens formal shoe and what i got was bata sleeper/footwear of Rs 800/- something.i have initiated refund process but yet to get refund. Waiting for refund if i don't get the refund will surely knock the hon'ble courts door.

Yes i had a bad experience too..i ordered two products and they sent one in packet but on the packet it was written two..I have raised a complaint but it wasnt resolved..they sent a message and it was that both products have been delivered..ajio customer care is useless..i didnt get a refund..

Just ordered something from #ajio and now I'm skeptical to whether go with the order or cancel it. Wese hi scam website kamm hai jo ye legit hone wale apps b scam karne lage. I chose cod but I'm not sure if they will let me open it before I pay? And wo kar b du toh kya same delivery guy ko return kar sakte hai? Coz ek baar pese diye toh bethe rho refund k liye , like she said here. I'm so confuse but the item is something I was waiting for so long to get back in stock ... Duvidha 🙄😒

@@bhagvatisharma436 No.. the delivery partener kept sending texts that they were not able to deliver as my no. was unreachable, where I was getting lots marketing calls easily. And after such false attempts , my package was returned to sender. While I went crazy calling the delivery partner and sending emails to them that even if the no. is not available, I am at home so just deliver it. Anyway, BAD experience. I will maybe not buy anything else from this app again. It's "maybe" coz the stuff is good at times and Irresistible 😆. But if my experience helps others , I'm glad

I ordered a saree n it was defective ajio wale ne saree pe price tag nhi lagaya ab pickup walaa drama kar rha hai ki bina price tag product nhi le jauga ap ajio pe call karo . Ajio ko itni dafa email send kiya koi call hi nhi aa raha and ajio ne customer care executive se baat karne wala option bhi hata diya so tht koi customer care pe direct baat bhi nhi kar paye .there's nothing I can do now

It was my first purchase from Ajio and its horrible enough to not buy again from here. I had ordered two Levi's jeans, received one genuine Levi's and another Max branding with fake Levi's tag. Instantly requested to return both articles. Delivery agent come and verify the products and picked it up also i got confirmation. thereafter when i didn't get refund then contact customer support they told me that i have returned non Ajio product, does it make sense 🙄 then why delivery agent accepted the products.
In order to resolve, support asked me to accept the products back and create request for return again.
This time i was totally shocked, I recieved wrong products without tags and bar code. The condition of products is the same as we used to throw out the clothes after using few years.
I have contacted supports many times but not resolved yet 😥. please help me somebody what to do for effective result 👏🏻
