Oh, yes... I love that A-treeframe! The outdoor shower is fabulous! Nick's woodworking and both his and his wife's finishing touches are unique.
I knew he looked familiar, I've seen his other creations. Nick created another fabulous crib to enjoy. Nick and wife are on a roll, acquiring land, and building. This little gem is quite the beauty, love that shower. Much success to them both

And so much more renewable... cracks me up PNW ppl the solar panels he wants are NOT recyclable they'll sit in landfills for cent and the materials need to make are not environmentally safe and lack of sun up there doesn't add to the equation. Love the builds and locations...

This isn’t who I thought it was but he’s done a great job.
I would rent the place just because they he has Harry snd the Hendersons! Really though, what a beautiful, cozy place. The loft is just the right size for a sleeping and relaxing space. The glimpses of the surroundings from the windows are such a treat of what is just waiting for you to explore.

I do love what he did with his shed but I personally dont like the look of ladders I definitely would try my best to plan and arrange regular staircase firstly before putting a ladder. Wherever you put a staircase underneath that could be more storage or a place for a washer dryer combo. Also Im a person that loves haveing all my fur babies on my bed with me when I sleep, otherwise I would have a hard time getting to sleep they also wouldn't be able to go up or down freely with a ladder. Ladders in general, they're just dangerous and especially when someone uses the restroom alot at night.

I mean yes it’s less than a house but it is definitely expensive. Most people still don’t have that kind of money lying around.
That's barely a down payment nowadays.
The bathroom facilities and the kitchen are always expensive. Unless you can get the fixtures like the sinks, etc., from a house being demolished and do the installation and plumbing yourself, it'll probably cost you at least 1/3-1/2 that. Then you have to finish the rest of the inside - flooring, walls, furniture, etc.
So, he buys up all the affordable starter homes so that everybody is forced to rent?
Betcha there are more than 4 starter homes in Washington. 🙄

In any case, nowhere in the US is 256 square feet considered even a starter home. In most places here, it's illegal to live in a house that small full time.
Such houses are not tiny. i know a lot of regions where that's a normal size house.
