Secure folder does not work for me. Say I'm putting notes in the secure folder. If I click on secure folder I have to do a pin, which is great. Whereas there's notes on my home screen so if I press on that it just opens straight away without any security.

Hi.. I am using the secure folder on my S7. Can I ask if there is a way to sync both unsecured and secure halves of the phone to one Dropbox account ? Also when I purchase the Note 8 will smart switch work for both the secure and unsecured halves of my S7... Keep up the great work.. Chris

how secure is it really can samsung view your private information and is your private data stored on there server instead of the phone only?

With My Knox on the S7 (edge) it was possible to share contacts between the 'two sides'; is that possible with Secure Folder on the S8 (+)?
To give an example: I would add a contact outside of My Knox, but that contact would still show up on WhatsApp in My Knox, given that sharing contacts was enabled.

wish it was a way where messages just went to the folder versus the phone

so, when you go back to open side of phone, and hit tab history, both sides show up.. if you click on a private one indeed you have to enter your code..but the tab history shouldn't be showing both sides... any way to fix this?

Go to settings
1. Lock screen and security
2. Secure folder
3. Log in
4. Turn on the show secure folder

I have an S8 that the owner forgot pin on lock screen, I tried hard resetting, but device reboots after hard reset back to locksreen with no wipe appearing to took place. If I reflash the original stock firmware back on it with odin will it wipe everything so that we can access phone?... any other possible solutions? please and thank you
