My theory is: According to some people since this is their 5th year anniversary, this song has many throwbacks to their previous comebacks. Soyeon's scorpion (HANN), Minnie's shield (LION or it could be the AEGIS SHIELD which was used to kill medusa), shuhua's cake (TOMBOY - Soyeon's infamous rap scene) and Miyeon's scene is extremely similar to the one in OH MY GOD. Also, Soyeon also mentions I NEVER DIE in the lyrics. The statue on which soyeon is standing during her rap part is probably ATHENA (a very famous goddess in Greek mythology and the on ewho gave the aegis shield). Idle is the most insane thing happend in my life. Wide range, diverse tone, produce song, think of merch and concept, buy their own things (ex: half of this mv), and most chaotic relationship i've ever met. I mean- what else u expect from a KPop idol or an artist?!

The hate that they were getting eversince their debut is just a lot... they kinda reminded me of bts somehow just like how bts were hated before but once they were recognized by a lot of people then those hate towards them were overshadowed by the group's popularity... I think if (g)i-dle has reached greater achievements just like bts they could also possibly overshadow the hate they were receiving now... I also think these hates were caused by the privilege that the big labels' idols have... well before exo is the competition that bts has and sad to say a lot of exols and maybe big3 fans hated bts... I just really see how (g)i-dle and bts is similar... maybe one of the reason why (g)i-dle gets more hate and wasnt easily accepted by some is by the fact that boy groups are somehow more favored by fans than girl groups...

英語の部分を歌う部分で時々「英語がダメ」とか言う人がたまにいますが、ソヨンが普段からコメントをしているのを知っている人なら理解してますが、あくまでも「韓国向けの歌い方」をしているので「ネイティブ・イングリッシュ」ではなく、「韓国イングリッシュ（通称コングリッシュ」の発音の仕方をして歌っているという事。
日本でも同じように英語の歌詞があっても大半の人は「日本発音イングリッシュ」になっていますね。
日常会話の発音ではなく、歌う時は独特の歌い方、発音の仕方、わざと聞き取りにくい歌い方をしている人も多いのでそれと同じ感じだと思っていたらいいですね。
英語の部分を歌うならネイティブ系イングリッシュじゃないとダメとか言う人は勘違いしているという事です。
