Desjiah Rodriguez I’ve been doing nails for about a year now. Honestly my nails didn’t stop lifting until I started using the Young Nails protein bond primer. It could also have to do with finish filling. If you’re not “sealing” in that cuticle area then you’re definitely going to get lifting
Andrea Tejeda thank you so much! I need to get a good primer or bonder for my nails I think that’s what I’m missing. That and I need to practice being a bit fast. I take FOREVER doing acrylic lol. I also want to try poly gel it looks so neat. Have you ever happened to try poly gel? What’s your all time fav acrylic powder ?💗💗
Desjiah Rodriguez I still take a long time doing nails lol but the other day I did my mom’s nails in 1hr and 30 min which was really surprising since I usually take over 2 hours to do a set. I’ve tried polygel before but it wasn’t the best experience because the gel brush I was using sorta like feathered out with the slip solution so it was super hard to use. My favorite acrylic powders are by Mia secret. It’s pretty much all I use but I’ve tried a few other brands like glam and glits and Valentino. Valentino is super nice but it’s a little bit more pricey

But yeah I pretty much just film doing my own nails and once in a while doing my sister’s or my mom’s nails. And don’t worry about it I’m happy to answer any questions you may have 😊
Sorry if this sounds dumb but the clear gel is like gellish polish? Its just to make it thicker or is it more of a acrylic nail type of polish, is it damaging to take it off ?

Brandi Chivers it’s an okay primer but I really recommend the Young Nails protein bond primer! I’ve gotten minimal lifting since I started using it and it’s only on nails that have been on for 3+ weeks

At 1st I thought it was going to be too opaque but these came out perfectly!

Sevin Miles North it’s not a requirement but I was basing my design off a milk bath with flowers. You can replace the flowers with whatever you want
