Make sure you place blue painter's tape over the the shoe so you don't damage your finished product material you're cutting or scratch/gouge your shoe.

How did you get the anti splinter insert in? I cannot figure mine out

1:43 in the video. Remove the anti-mar shoe, snap in splinter insert, replace shoe.
