How many colors is this set up able to do?
Unlimited every screen is a color so if you have 20 screens 20 colors, works well with full color cmyk (4 screens)

Hello! Awesome video, what brand of water based ink do you use? And how do you cure them, in an oven/dryer? Or just the heat gun in between colors and hang dry? Thanks so much!
Shannon Getchen I use matsui 301 eco-friendly range.
I use a heatpress to cure , the hairdryer is just to flash between coats.
I hang them until finished and then heatpress at 180deg celcius for 15sec facebook.com/howtoscreenprint and on the website for more video I also use a heatpress to cure discharge

hi robert.. what is the size of your platen and frame? is it the same?

my platens are slightly smaller than the screens but it does not need to be, the only reason why i have them smaller by a few centimeters is since I print using water base, I do not use off contact and the slight weight of the screen hanging over the sides adds more off contact.

water base with open mesh one coat perfect without loosing any of the fine detail :) super soft, a good flood is important

Are you successfully curing prints with a standard hair dryer?
hi Gage, no flashing, print flash print, since it is water based, the hairdryer flashes it just enough without curing or burning the shirt, if i was using a heat gun for example, curing will work with a tunnel dryer, or a heat press
It survives wash out tests of the garment? No ink washes out through wash cycle?
Gage Passick you still need to cure the shirts, so print, flash, print then cure with either a tunnel dryer or a heat press to ensure the ink cures, I print them all finished first then cure them.

Ahh sorry I cannot help you with that you need to look at visa requirements and see how you can get in to Canada, we are nomads and do not live in any country longer than a few months at a time
