5:45 the weapon that you wield determines how fast you fix barricades, so holding darts/knives speeds the process up which can be useful in speeding up the process if the activity bar is low or you keep dying.
Other things to note, if you are not an iron man you can just do the client of Kourend for the lamps which will get you to lv 9 strength and then you can buy super str pots at the G.E and it will boost you to 15 so you can barb fish. If you are an iron man you can do the easy diary for karamaja then do client of kourend. This will get you to 13 and 107xp from 14. you will need 1 random event genie lamp or plunder/puropuro to get to 14. You can now boost from 14-15 with a blueberry special bought at the grand tree. Trust me this is the easiest way to get to 15 str.
Also, kegs is alot better than how kempq explains in this vid. You can afk it pretty decently, and still get 15-20k xp/hr, which is double the bf method. Only problem is youre spending money on energy pits.
Unmentioned methods for my notes: Opening up the door to the strength activities in the Warrior's Guild (near-negligible exp) but worth noting Dorgesh Kaan agility course grapples-Requires base 70 in Str, Range, and Agility

The shitty public world used to be W319 or whatever. I haven't pumped in years because I've gotten 99str pumping already.
im guessing most people dont know this but you can actually stack the barrels on your head, you get more str xp but it has a higher chance of falling off and drains energy faster i think
You can also picklock the Bone Cage in your POH for 20 strength and thieving exp for the best exp/h ever ;) There are also some agility shortcuts with also a strength requirement. I'm not sure, but they might also award strength exp.
On the museum cleaning you can fill your inventory very fast by spamming m1 and it will clean/switch automatically when you press either the table or box, thats how i got to 18 hunter since i didnt know what to do besides quests
as a side note, if you enter puro puro through the wheat fields rather than zanaris you actually move through the wheat walls faster for a period of time, i think 30 minutes?

I've been researching if it would be possible to create a 10hp void pure Dbow rushing account and so far it seems possible with hard work. I'm thinking about cannoning slayer up to unlock dark beasts, hunting dragon implings for dragon arrowtips and try to stay 10hp, I'm only worried about the Exp I might have to get during quests, would it be possible to complete most quests with just ring of recoils? Any tips or help is apreciated!
mourning ends part 1 gives 25k hitpoints xp and it is a requirement to access dark beasts. one alternative is to figure out a method to kill the dark beasts within the catacombs and get the drop on your iron, that's as long as they haven't put a check to see if you have completed the quest before killing them.. aside from that, it's definitely possible to get a dark bow on a quite low hp level ironman.

It would be a very cool and unique achievement, but the amount of time needed to achieve the slayer level, as well as everything else on the account to make it PK ready with decent gear, range potions, spec restore pool in house, quests etc will take a lot of time. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone is currently training to achieve it, I’m sure it would be a fun account to train and pk on. Using the venom/health restore method that kemp shows in a previous video to get the gmaul drop would be more efficient than recoils and damage, you also need to consider the dark beasts max hit with melee (17), but max mage hit being 8 - avoiding the venom method, technically you could recoil it if you force it to mage you and it doesn’t require the quest to attack in catacombs. There’s a lot of planning involved with these account builds.

He said it took him a year to get the cannonballs. Yes if I would kill them I would try forcing them to mage if that works, also I researched and there's no single info telling me that you 'need' the quests to kill dark beasts! Would it not be possible to also boost slayer to be able to kill them? Might spare some time.
@@fuzz4133 yeah Zerk's account is awesome. forcing them to use magic instead of melee is easy, you just have to stand out of melee distance and attack them using range/magic, so you could use a low level spell like "confuse" that gives no hitpoints xp, then just avoid being within melee range. yeah you can definitely boost slayer to kill them (wild pies are a rare drop from electic implings for +5) and yeah that's true there is no confirmation that the quest is needed to attack them in catacombs, it's just speculation and something to confirm before starting, if you tweet at mod ash on twitter he can check it for you, he always gives really useful information. good luck!

John Daugherty-Stone the whole point is to be 10hp. whether the combat goes up or not the account is failed at this point. it’s not a 10hp it’s just an ironman with 12 hp now.

The most efficient way, with all other combat stats being 1 and staying 10hp is to clean finds within the varrock museum, the person “CleaningSpec” has got 99 def at 27 combat doing this. At lvl 75 defence he started using dfs spec for faster xp, google his name, or “cleaning varrock museum” to find out more info on the method, but it’s very slow.

@@JaXt0r412 okay, with your account limitations the only other feasible method, aside from random event rewards is getting Dark Relic's from raids 1 and using that method until 99, or whatever your desired level would be, this would require you to leach within a team for raids 1 and earn points within the raid to be eligible to get them as an uncommon drop. to do the dfs speccing on an uim/im, in theory you could get lucky and get a visage from a metal dragon within the limited amount of hitpoints xp you have by having a main venom it and flinching it with melee to get the drop (similar to gmaul method), but with the insanely rare drop rate and combined luck of achieving that is highly unlikely before hitting 11hp or higher. good luck anyway, the reason not many accounts have 10 hp, high def (after quest rewards, fossils etc) on an ironman is because of how slow it is and reliable on luck.
It's called blast furnace. Get 30 agility, firemaking, and crafting before you go so you can help fix things. Get at least 30 firemaking if not anything else. You need at least 30 str (22 with divine super str pots, but be sure to eat an angler fish before each dose so you don't die), and using Runelite 1fps method you can afk for ~20-25+ mins at a time. 12k xp/hr
No, because you can't wear the entire thing. You can't wear hood or gloves, though with the new non-set partial effect updates it's better than nothing.

At 95 str u get 55k an hr on barrels not missing any ticks, anything lower than 95 str n ur getting less xp. Its not 65k/ hr trust.
Need to have lvl 30 crafting, agility, and fire burning to do furnace method.
Just a thought, on the pyramid plunder could you push the thing to get str exp and then hop worlds and push it again and again or would that not work?
