I had been severely affected by negativity for some years. I gradually realised that it's all just in my mind. I committed some blunders and they too added to my negative thoughts. Now I practice meditation alot and think only positively as much as possible. I understand that it wasn't my fault, not anybody else's. Rather it was my responsibility to keep a positive outlook which I couldn't due to lack of awareness, abundance of foolishness. I just hope my coming time gives me better things.
