Let's remember that Shadow is ultra broken when it comes to removing the inhibitor rings, and if he was in the hyper form, even better because if he removes said rings he has a power that can kill even himself

Oh cmon only is silver was like sonic and shadow when they get to turn hyper but silver can’t do that , and if shadow was smart all he would have to do is use chaos control to keep making everyone stop and they get to they super forms and destroy them over and over till everyone is dead
