I love Nate genuinely saying “you’re being sarcastic, I’m being authentic.” And saying he’d lay off. That’s a really great friend when Jerm was legitimately getting bothered
Yeah, Jerm doesn't want to admit to his sensitivity but he is that sensitive. You can hear it in his voice. I hate to say it but Jerm and Uli have better chemistry without Nate. I love Nate but he's the third wheel in this group. You can't buy bromance history with cleverness. Jerm and Uli have years of perfected teasing and jabs. You can't just walk in on that dynamic and expect to not upset the years of balance that they have acheived.
@@marscruz Is this a troll comment? Maybe you just started watching in 2020. Nate doesn't have to "walk in on" anything cause Nate and Jerm have always worked together. Nate seemed perfectly natural to me, and he has a better sense of when a joke is still funny and when it's time to drop it
I do see that Nate and Jerm's dynamic is really different than Jerm and Uli. This mix may not work. "Let's see how it plays out."

I paid good money and traveled 4 hours each way to play at a Sexton Challenge Event so I'm a Nate fan too. I just calls 'em as I sees 'em. I've been watching Jomez since the very beginning when Michael was CG rendering the fly-though hole previews. I know their work pretty well. It will be interesting to see how the chemistry of a 3 man booth works this year. Will it be a 9.2 or a 9.8 or somewhere in between?

As someone who started watching Disc golf last season, I fell in love with the Big Barri duo. I wasn't sure how it would be with all three guys, but this is absolute gold.

JoMezPro, I heard this last year and probably mentioned it then, but I LOVE the "transition between holes - SloMez" muzak, it reminds me of trying to dj downtempo vinyl on a tired old belt-drive turntable... that little bit of wobble to offpitch, to showcase that this is a light-hearted farce, man, it makes me smile! Your sound design guy is RAD. Also, Big Sexy Barri antics are so fun! New Mic'd Up graphics are cool, too. They remind me of "Fractured Fairytales" intro (Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoon). Great stuff! Really looking forward to watching the LVC coverage in very near future! YAY!

This was one of the most hilarious things I've seen in a long time! He who laughs last laughs best, though; Uli clearly got more out of the practice round than the other two, and he'll be taking his four digit winnings to the bank and I'm sure that next time he'll be talking trash about how he beat Jerm and Nate in the *actual* tournament. :D

Please mention which discs you're throwing (at least for drives) on each hole. I love that during the commentary on tourneys and it's helpful for newer players. Super fun practice rounds as always. Glad to see Nate Sexton back on the tour. Also, Jerm didn't deserve that extra stroke on the front 9.

To answer the question they were discussing on hole 17, Jerm came back to win from chase card over Nate at the Yetter at Tyler State Park in 2014 when Nate missed a short putt on the final hole. You can find video of it somewhere on Disc Golf Monthly.
Love how Uli got owned in the practice round but beat them both in round one.
