On the Ebm left hand, I’ve learned this as Eb Bb F Bb (1 5 2 5) and matches the original. Am I wrong on this?

Could not find the sheet music
Look in your local music store or search online for a reputable store selling it. You can also find old music books in op-shops. e.g. "The Paul Simon Song Book". Often, you can grab these for just a couple of bucks.

The sheet music is copyrighted. You will have to purchase it or otherwise find it in a music book, online, etc.
Guitarist often play in E flat. They just tune down half step. All chords the same.
It is very easy for the guitarist, they use a capo.
