their relationship is beautiful. even though he's daggered rebekah many times he still loves rebekah and treats her like a baby since she is their baby sister. he loves her and he'll go out of his way to protect her.

Elijah loved all of them, he just wanted that Klaus became a better person, and Klaus loved Rebekah the most because she was like his baby sister and he always wanted to protect her
@Francisco Leyva Martin I think it was more Rebekah even Elijah told Klaus that Rebekah was the only one who never abandoned him when he abandoned him and Klaus told Rebekah in season 4 that she was the person that she was the most there for him in his life, both loved him Elijah always would make Klaus a better person and Rebekah was like his baby sister and I remember that she told him in tvd « It was always me not Fin, not Eljah or Kol but me » or something like that
@@hannacal8347 elijah didnt love klaus the most even if he did it wasnt pure love like rebekah and klaus it wasnt sibling love it was because of the trauma that elijah did to klaus when they were younger he felt bad so he wanted to dedicate his life to him because he felt so guilty for letting esther and mikeal bind his werewolf nature

He chose to dagger Rebekah the most because he couldn't bare the thought of losing her, he trusted Elijah the most but he loved Rebekah the most. He loved Elijah and all of their other siblings but he could live with the fact that he could lose them, he couldn't live without Rebekah, so that's why he daggered her every time he thought she would leave him he daggered her or threaten to dagger her so she wouldn't leave him and every time he did dagger her it was so when he wasn't angry with her anymore he could undagger her and they would pick up were they left off were no one was angry with one another.
He only daggerd Rebekah when he was afraid he would loose her.
He always loved her more than anything and was protecting her
Klaus loved Rebekah more than everyone else, Rebekah loved Klaus more than everyone else. That's it.
This cycle ended when Hope was born and he met Freya. Rebekah got a sister who fought for her and wouldn't all Klaus to be controlling. But also Klaus began maturing knowing it's okay to let Rebekah go and make mistakes she will still be there for him. He wanted all his family there for Hope so he changed :)
