  • I am sharing a healthy and delicious hash brown recipe. You will discover the perfect harmony of potatoes, carrots and green onions in this recipe.     📝 Ingredients:
    2 medium potatoes
    1 carrot
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp flour
    Green onion
    Salt to taste
    1/2 black pepper
    Oil for frying
    For the sauce: Yoghurt, mayonnaise and garlic.
    👩‍🍳 Preparation steps:
    1. Grate the potatoes, squeeze out the water and place in a suitable bowl.
    2. Grate the carrots and chop the green onions and add to the potatoes.
    3. Add the egg, salt, black pepper and flour and mix well.
    4. Fry in a pan with a little oil over a low heat until browned on both sides.
    Note: If the ingredients you are using are watery, you may need to add more flour.
