Excellent video. My personal plan is acquiring businesses and also picking up equity as a hypergrowth and exit optimization advisor. Money earned from each exit then invested in Class C Multifamily turnarounds.

@@brixx815 You can. There are advantages in liability protection and other things with an LLC, but if you want to operate without one you certainly can.

I think they are both great for both getting rich and maintaining wealth. I think business is a lot more fun and provides a lot more opportunity, but that’s just my personal opinion. You cannot go wrong with either.
