It boggles my mind as to why ordinary people open restaurants....and with money they don't have is even more puzzling. Why oh why would you ever do that?
People seem to think that opening a restaurant is an easy way to make a lot of money quickly. I knew a man without any experience whatsoever in the catering industry, and he bought a very nice restaurant for £300,000. I pointed out to him that he would need to pay for experienced staff, as he knew nothing about running a restaurant. He said that wouldn't be necessary. He went bankrupt 11 months later.

If he owe back taxes on the restaurant, it wouldn’t matter if you own the restaurant, he was still owed the back taxes under his name you had to do was show that you purchased the property and they would’ve gone after him for now that he should be fleshed with some money if he gave you gave him 15,000 as the down and shit would’ve been actually in the should’ve been in the paperwork in escrow and it kind of sounds like she didn’t know how to run a business I think she just saw that he owned something and it was cheap and she thought she might make a couple dollars maybe just revamp the menu and some of the food offerings and you know just a general revamp of the restaurant to bring a new customers and offer some different taste for the old ones
