    I'm a woman, I've been lifting for more then a year now for 4 to five times a week. Never has my physic been more feminine, and I never skipped my upper body training. As your strength will double, triple, you will NOT get bulky, muscles will be more defined, but they definitely don't get really big, especially as a girl. Just go to that gym you've been thinking of, it's one of the best decision you can do for yourself

    • @Cosmicmorales
      @Cosmicmorales Před 6 měsíci

      Sounds about right lol. Problem is most girls are too lazy to workout and whenever they see a woman/girl who is more toned and feminine in their body than they are they blame it on “genetics”.

      It's funny how women are afraid of training while for us men it's: Girls who lift = top femininity and Girls who lift on gear = bottom femininity.

      theres literally no way to accidentally get bulky. Ive been working out for 3 years now and i have more of an athletic body (small frame, toned muscles) instead of bulky. In order to get bulky you need to eat a ton anyway and it takes years

      @@ngndnd Not even eating a ton will help. If you're a woman with a hormonal profile of a typical woman, You can eat a ton, exercise and your body will still use all that enegy to store subcutaneous fat (healthy and necessary for women type of fat) and build moderate amount of muscle in certain regions rather than getting subhealthy body fat and getting bulky muscles overall. That fat to lean mass is exclusively driven by hormones at that point.
      Your hormones decide where your metabolism stands between muscular anabolism/fat anabolism and catabolism after a certain point of sufficient external stimuli.
