- The new carburetor doesn't have a choke on it. Why would anyone do this to themselves?!!?? Here is my experience installing the new carburetor and testing it out for a week. It took me some time to tune the carburetor and get it right. The idle mixture screws were not where I initially expected. After going through all the vacuum lines, my car is now making more vacuum and performing better! Very happy with the Brawler carburetor so far!

I've did away with the choke on several of Mopars I've had in the past only the one's I didn't drive in cold weather though. The thing I don't like about electric chokes are that they still choke even in hot weather and every time after the car was shut down, so I would just adjust them to stay open and not work. Great video! Thanks for sharing!
I feel your pain on the problems we cause ourselves, I do it all the time! :)
I just recently took off the choke plate and shaft from a 600 cfm carb on my 69’. I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The car starts a lot easier after being warmed up!
Some good info in this video. Thanks for sharing!!👍👍
hello I have a mopar 440 with single plane intake 750 holley with no choke. How to set it up is my question ??? i have never had a no choke carb.

Split the difference, choke horn with no choke flap. Did like your manual choke video- PITA install.

My KTM 520 had a carburetor with a choke and it was great until I decided to rebuild the carburetor
Carbs, and Carb tuning are sadly becoming a bit of a dying art as so many of us are going EFI now. Beautiful carb though, and Brawler is an awesome brand!
some guys throw a rag over carb with no choke to get it fired up at first
