This applies to people that are not flight officer or some one that just became one. I see a lot of people commenting "why can't I do a full flight, it just takes me straight to the landing" and the answer to this is because you don't know how to function auto pilot, you learn how to use it when you are a flight officer. The game will not let you fly 40 minutes with out knowing how to use auto pilot can you imagine 40 minutes with out the help of ap. Hope this helps some people. PS I'm not an expert so if I got anything wrong let me know.
The same happens to me even during full flight though i have a flight officer rank and i switch to autopilot when the distance is longer 5nm

Just a couple notes:
Flaps at 2 for takeoff not full
Rotate at VR not sooner, you rotated at 174 knots begin rotation at 192 knots, you have plenty of runway.
No need to be at full power for your ascent
Touchdown should be at VREF speed
Try to align yourself earlier in your descent
Touchdown at the thick 1000 foot markers on the runway

Funny part is when his in a a380 no reverse thrust 480 knots under 10 k feet stays at 3 k feet for the whole flight idles and nearly stalls the landing and manages to get an a380

just a note the yellow lines you have to stay on because of lights and other planes and that if you were a pilot you will get a big warning

I hope they have an update like turboprop flight simulator *(FREE FLIGHT)* in airline commander, cause’ the game telling you what to do is sometimes boring, so I would rate it *4/5*

takeoff procedure is easy
step 1: go to flaps 2 for best takeoff aerodynamism
step 2: if you have a short runway go full power or go near full power
step 3: lift off when v1 is acheived
step 4: get to your altitude
step 5: if you now how to use autopilot then do it
step 6: enjoy

At 1000 ft or when you get to a certain speed for a320 it’s 210 and for most planes it’s usually around 200-220 knots

Flaps to takeoff full acceptable, because the rw is very short for thigh vassels. I would takeoff on flaps 3. I am flying in x-plane 11.
Having x-plane 11 on your pc doesn't mean you can fly safely, there is not a single real take off with full flaps

Yes is it, Unless the engine has fire... Because using reverse thrust on engine failure will make the engine more fierce and create an explosion, but yes... it is necessary
He doesn’t need do use reverse thrusters
The brakes in some cases are totally enough to stop the plane, which is seen here. The only places you would need reverse thrust is when the runway is short/is wet. Short runway is self explanatory. When the runway is wet, the wheels cannot grip to the runway, so then you need reverse thrust

Just unlocked the dash 8 q400. This is a slow grind game... but its great for practicing takeoffs and landings over and over again. I play other Sims for the longer cruise flights tho.
