He has 0 jump power because he cant jump in the games, 20 walk speed because he is faster than all the npcs, he has 50% defense because he can soak a lot of bullets in the games, and knuckle sandwich because agent can knock people out with his hands, hitman as that is a direct reference to the game and suppressed pistol because that is his primary weapon in the games.

A kit i like to see to be added is called "apocalipse" wich is a refrence to the birb up event.. grants you a twilite a judge and a small birb of your head.. has 200 hp 22 speed and basic jump damage and defence
sorry but sketched (the map) was removed, hellion got replaced with honk and hot rod rider (as a badge-exclusive item), so replace hellion with honk in the Running in the 90s kit

Some things I'd change for kits (my suggestions)
OBJECTION!: replace judge with judgement so we don't have a 5th kit with judge and replace cassiebucks coffee with franklin badge to represent Phoenix's badge
Great Offer: add infinite welfare for the funni (we have 3 kits with loadsamoney)
High Quality Musician: not a suggestion but this is too similar to the Tone Deaf Bard kit
Lamb: I'd also add shadow axe for the weapon variety Cult of the Lamb has
Bob: I'd replace the makarov with mad noobs handgun but decrease the damage a bit
Orbs: I'd replace velo with the innocent ball spell I totally know the name of (not mori)

Small balance changes: Plague Doctor now has 49 Health, 80% Defense and 12 Speed, rest of the stats remain unchanged,
Pootis is renamed to Chicken Kiev
and Earthbender's attack multiplier is reduced to 1.5x; I realised how op 2x would be and even so 1.5x might still be too much
