We have ascendant conjunct descendants synastry. My ketu conjunct his 1st and rahu his 7th.

Sir kindly clear this doubt of mine, do we overlay chart of two persons on each other like one is taurus another is Scorpio so ist house 8th sign will be on ist house 2nd sign, or do we take Asc of one person like Scorpio and shift other person's Asc from taurus to scorpio sign?

Does synastry also work if
1) if you use the moon rashi as the ascendant?
2) you overlap D9 charts instead of the lagna charts?
3) instead of overlapping the Rashid, you overlap houses. As in person (a) has Venus in the 9th house and person (b) had Mars in the 9th house although in different rashis
1) Yes 2) Yes 3) No... I don't think so. Like if your 9th house is Taurus, and when you overlay one chart over the other, and see that their Venus (which is your 9th lord) is in Taurus. Then there's a connection.
Or if Mars is your AK, sitting in Taurus in their chart. Something like that.
What happens when in both your D9 synastry? Is this more solid and long term?
Beautifully explained by Santhip sir... while superimposing mine and my husband's horoscope I found my husband venus is on my ascendant with my moon in ascendant only and vice versa my venus is in my husband's ascendant with his moon in ascendant only ....quite interesting 🙏🙏

Hi, just a curious question :) Is this method of superimposing done only using the Lagna charts? Would the same method be applicable to superimpose the Navamsa charts of two people for synastry?
Yes. D9 over D9 is analysed for synastry after marriage.
In my chart Rahu in 1st house and kethu in 7 th house in Gemini and in my husbands chart Sun in 1st house and Moon in 7 th house in gemini.We both belongs to Sagittarius ascendant.And in my chart moon in scorpio in 12 th house and in his chart Venus and Saturn in 12 th house.
At the first meet we both understand this was the persons for each other.And also one thing I am sure about that is,If someone have moon in 7 th house in Gemini, whenever you meet your destined partner for the first time either ones eye will filled with tears.And the other one will also get start cry without any reason.And our engagement day is on a pournami day which is on Monday and rohini nakshatra
in relationship compatibility is a technique, which should match our D1chart with partner's D9chart and partner's D1chart should match our D9chart.

That's true... I am a pisces ascendant with venus in first house...he's a gemini ascendant and his ketu and sat falls on my ascendant and venus... I didn't feel strong attraction but he was attractive way before we have even met. He had seen my pic in social media and was interested. Later after years and years, surprisingly I went to travel to his country and happen to stay in his house. And yes we are in relationship, I felt instant comfort ness and we are in long distance relationship too.
Also my mars falls on his ascendant. His rahu falls on my 7th house with My jupR.
Surprisingly, my venus also falls on his 10th house with his Sat and ketu
So yes, we both have ketu venus connection going on.
I know we will have a hard rock in life but I am nt able to leave him coz he loves me more than anythng and with him I dared to think abt marriage (I have marriage phobia and commitment issue for some unknown reason but even then imagining marrying him doesnt feel burden at all)

Yes it's not easy. Too many breaks and arguments. In between there was a time when he had completely given up but I didn't give up and kept convincing him His mom isnt supporting our relationship becoz of age gap which is why he kept ignoring me to cut things off.
I went to meet him again and we reconciled our differences. Coincidentally, his mom asked him yesterday if he was still in contact with me or if he still wants to marry me. But he is scared if she will disagree again. I told him to just be honest and say her what u want. And leave the rest to her hand. If his parents love him then they will not disappoint him by rejecting our relationship. If all goes well and a green signal is lit I will then confess to my parents as well and we might get engaged next year on his birthday and marry on my birthday. Hehe

My Mercury is in Aquarius in conjunction with moon and sun.
Umm to answer ur question there is no direct connection with our 7th lord and ketu but his ketu falls on my ascendant. But interestingly, his 7th lord is my ascendant lord and my ascendant lord is his 7th lord
