08/14/24- 2011 ctsV doesnt crank on on me now. I went into a stress mode. Dash lights turned on and alarm locks in but no no cranck start and no clicks from starter. Ill keep you posted as soon as i found out if soo. Crossing finger its the starter. To be Continue.....
This happened to my wife's car. I figured it was the starter. I kept turning the key on to start it and I would hear a faint sound of the starter wanting to turn. I kept doing this over several times and it finally started. This might also work for you but it does not mean the problem has been solved. You got your warning from a dying starter. Your next step is to replace the starter ASAP before you get stranded.

What type of starter did you get? Ac delco?
Going Thru this now and freezing thanks for video just replaced the alternator and battery now I’m stuck at gas station ..Smdh
