Well, if you followed all the steps and yet it's showing not secure....you need to write to the SSL Certificate seller, if it's GoDaddy contact them...even I had some issues initially with the secure, not secure 🔐 before the domain name
The browsers are used to sending traffic to the ' http ' prefix, now when we install and setup the SSL Certificate, it would take time for google to accustom to the new ' https ' SSL certificate we installed and again we do not want any webpage even after installing SSL certificate to show http non secured website in the browsers.
you can call the customer care team of godaddy, they can see what the issue and recify if it is a technical error from their side, or they will guide you what need to be done if you have done everything right... I had setup a month back, the SSL certificate for a client on godaddy, there was no issue
