So if I’m buying new tires to have installed, does the tires need to come with TPMS or would that be on current rims that are already on the Jeep?

Rubber schrader is not made to be removed and reused. Comprises the rubber and will wind up leaking. New inserts are inexpensive and easy to install old sensor on. A professional job is always best and yea it's not cheap to run a shop. Sorry you don't make much in the medical field. Maybe you should study up and operate an honest shop.
