This is a cover that Ado did of a commissioned song from a rhythm game called Project Sekai: Colorful Stage (or Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage for global players) for the group Vivid Bad Squad. Considering you've enjoyed a lot of these covers be it from Ado or other Hololive members, I think you would also enjoy some of their other commissioned/cover of popular Vocaloid songs, like "Cinema" for example, which was composed by none other than Ayase from YOASOBI. Honestly, this game holds a special place in my heart and I would love for you to check these songs out.

Ready Steady is a banger so this cover was always going to drop insanely hard (but it still hit like a ton of bricks)
and fun fact- Ready Steady was produced by Giga, who was one of the producers behind Ado's Odo! (along with TeddyLoid, and DECO*27 on lyrics, the three of which are all awesome vocaloid producers) It was made for Project Sekai, which is a rhythm game that features vocaloids and several groups made up of original characters. They commission producers to make new songs for the game, and also cover existing songs to be used as well! Ready Steady was actually one of the first few commissioned songs :D

Ado has only just turned 20 and has taken two newbies under her wing. I notice that Yoshino Niku has been putting out covers over the past few months, and Jakusansei has got an MV out soon
right? it's insane. I wondered why i didn't heard about them and then "40k subs" i was like "what??" and "70k" "Oh my god, their career yet to bloom." And both had such great vocals, i hope to see much more from them.

It's such an amazing cover when ya think about how high Vivid Bad Squad is setting the Bar on this song and it was the perfect decision to let Ado
do Miku's lines in this song which just made this combination in complementing the other 2 just as perfect as VBS's version is and that's a 5 man group :D
(and yes i know this is the cover from the Vocaloid version but Ready Steady is an commissioned song for the Hatsune Miku Colorful stage so pls don't hurt me for bringing VBS's version into this xD )
This is a cover of a song produced for the rhythm game Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage, originally performed by the group Vivid BAD SQUAD. If my memory’s correct, Yoshino Niku covers the female members’ parts, Jakusansei covers the males members’, and Ado covers Miku herself. You’ve reacted to another cover of their songs before: the Hololive/STARS cover of Rad Dogs.
They really nailed it. I knew the female vocalists from before (obviously both of them are amazing), but the male vocalist is awesome too.
There are still some pretty famous Japanese singers you probably didn't see yet, like Eve. I especially like Yoku and Fight Song from him. Both songs have beautiful, fully animated MVs.
Fun fact: Yoshino Niku has done numerous Ado covers, Fleeting Lullaby is a trip cause' that song is incredibly difficult to do but she nailed it. She's also done others like IDOL more recently. I only recently found out about her some months ago and she's been on my backlog ever since (finding the time to listen to everything I've got is so hard, but I've got notifications on for her, Ado and only a few others).
Love that you release a react almost immediately after Ado releases a song. I always have high expectations whenever Ado releases a song, but she always seems to exceed the expectations! You really never know what you're gonna get!

My favorite thing about Ado is that you just never know what she's gonna do next, but no matter what it is, it's always amazing! I was expecting her to team up with other vocalists eventually, but not like this!

the original song was commissioned for the game project sekai, for the fictional music group vivid bad squad. youve seen several songs from that game actually, i think youd really like seeing more of them sung by VBS. some i think youd like are cinema, kashika, hitsuji ga ippi, daybreak frontline, or gekokujo

There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!

Some reactions and comments come across as Ado being greater than the two singers. I don't deny that they're much smaller and underrated but acting like Ado is some kinda like greater being is kinda eh (i hope im just overreacting). I love Ado as much as the next guy, been a long time fan too, but the way people borderline "worshipping" her kinda irked me. She didn't *let* the two singers shine, It's how the original does it. Just as Miku has her part in the song, so does Ado. Yoshino has been doing this for quite a bit (I'm sure Jaku as well), they're not some baby singer apprentice that Ado has taken in, 3 of them are from the same management agency and the two singers have produced and covered some phenomenal stuff, go check them out.
On ado's member radio, ado paid tribute to the two as great singers. They are friends in the same office and are on good terms.
