Ayy that red bat was my childhood bat and I only remember it because of that foam part..but after a while the foam started ripping but that bat was legendary to me

I love the nerf bat, it hits nukes with a tennis ball
when i was a kid my dad would wrap safety play balls with white 1" cloth first aid tape and would pitch to me . he would throw all kinds of garbage at me i learned to hit. this started when i was about 5. I am 63 now! i used this method with plastic balls well into my adulthood even training my son 30 years ago. we use to also drill 1/2' holes in wood bats to lighten them up as the whiffle ball bats and equivalent sucked.. i wish this was a thing when i was younger as i had a stick until i was in my 40's.
