I’m so very glad that you’ve taken no more shots. I’m so very sorry for your adverse reaction. 😊❤️🙏🏻

I'm glad you are feeling better. I'm sorry you still have those lingering concerns. I've been fully vaccinated with the booster now. The side affects were a little worse after each shot...1st - fatigue (about a day), 2nd - fatigue (about 4 hours), sore arm and light-headed when bending down (about 3 days) and 3rd - light-headed when standing (about 4 hours). I work in the medical field and my husband is considered high risk, so I chose to get the vaccine. I'm with you in regards to everyone making their own informed decision...but use precautions regardless as there are people that can't get vaccinated due to age, religion, medical history, etc. Just be respectful of others!

How many months did it take for you to start feeling better? I'm almost 5 months in. Glad you feel better.

A full month or so of really doubting my health. It's hard, again, to separate myself from the anxiety induced problems and something else. It's surprising how powerful panic and anxiety can be for your health. It might start in your head but it can cause real problems. If you can calm down, that's a great first step and it took me a couple or more to really be capable of doing that.

@@JSteezy thank you, I'm going to try, went to a ear throat and nose specialist today and he also couldn't find anything. So you would say about 6 months for the physical symptoms to go away?

Man, thank you for the update! Im still fighting this terrible dizziness. though it gets better, but it's absolutely aggrevating. Especially when im in a crowded area and vertigo comes out of nowhere like thor's hammer hitting my head. But at least the brain fog, heart palpitations, migraine they're all gone. I never have vertigo in my entire life prior to the vaccine and worse, i live in a country where the GPs are incompetent and then I went to the specialist, took a blood test and it turns out my triglycerides was high probably due to the lack of physical activity ( thought i guess there's no correlation with my vertigo ) and then she gave me some stupid drugs and antihistamine. I didn't tell her it was due to the vaccine, i don't want to feel disrespected again like im a paranoid dumb person. I just can hope it gets better everyday, because im currently unemployed and live by my savings, im just waiting until my body fully recovered and get a job again. It's hard, but i just pray for not having a relapse again. Sorry, for rambling and bad grammar.

You're fine. Relaxing can actually help a lot but it's hard to allow yourself to do that when you think: How can I relax when I know I'm not ok? You can still relax and try to fix your issues. You don't have to be stressed out to be productive but deep down, being stressed really never helps the body.
So try to relax, even if it's hard to.
The fact you have dizziness as well as tinnitus, to me, indicates you might be having an inflammatory response in the inner ear somewhere, possibly due to the vaccine.
      Try 2 things.
      1. Have black pepper and tumeric in your diet. They are super anti inflammatory but you need the black pepper to activate the tumeric. You can find supplements of just these online, together, for pretty cheap.
      2. Stop eating foods with the following oils. Soybean oil, canola oil, safflower oil, grapeseed oil, etc. Any vegetable oil is generally pretty terrible and inflammatory for your body. This is something the world needs to change but stopping these can help give your body a chance to calm down.
Watch a youtube video on vegetable oils. You will see what I mean, they are are terrible and not actually vegetable oils at all. Literally quite toxic for the body.
These two things might grately help your body. Please try it and let me know if things get better in a week or two. Won't hurt to try!

@@JSteezy thank you!! I really appreciate it, seriously. Yessir that's what i thought, i might have inner ear inflammation. I learned a lot from vestibular forum that most people has vestibular issue after the vaccine. Anxiety make it worse since i had relapse, especially when im driving. some weird feeling like almost passed out or constant swinging like im on a boat. That's scary. And yes, i heard tumeric is amazing for treating vertigo i mix them with with ginger as a subtitute for coffee, taste amazing and I tried to eat as healthy as i can as i avoid inflammatory foods. The worst thing is uncertain times of when i will fully recover, it's like testing my patience and sanity. Again, thanks for your input man! I'll give you an update later!

I got my 1st Pfizer shot just a little more than a month ago. On the first day it started with a headache, about 5-6 days later the dizziness started. With that the earache/fullness with the tinnitus made its entry. A month later and I still have very bad days. The symptoms at this point are still very variable from one day to the next. MRI didn't show any concern, however where I am lucky, I found a good doctor that has been very supportive. He has seen more than one patient with these side effects and recognises it is the vaccine. Never struggled with any of my symptoms before. He mentioned it is because the spike protein that the virus and vaccine contain is neurotropic. Meaning, there are certain cells that are receptive to the spike protein. Some of these cells are in you brain/ear part. The symptoms you are experiencing can be inflamatory or actual nerve damage. In my case he thinks it is nerve damage. He explained that your nerves take a very long time to heal, so these symptoms can last up to a year. Some people may not get a full recovery as it goes with nerves. I am honestly praying I will.....I just keep on telling myself that how I feel now is the worst and I will just keep on getting better from here. He recommended not to get the second shot......not like I would anyway.
Also don't be too hard on yourself because of the anxiety. It just shows that your body's fear response is as it should be. You are not suppose feel drunk, remember that it is literally ingrained in us to have certain responses to protect us. The one in us about being afraid, because you might fall or pass out from being drunk are there even as babies. However, recognise that the fear response is for this reason, and don't think about it apprehensively any further, because it can make life harder than it already is..... lastly know that things will get better, it will just take some time.

Sorry you are feeling bad. Dizziness immediately after the vaccine is common. Dizziness coming in 2- weeks later is not. Dizziness continuing from 2-weeks to months, is not common either. If you want doctors to figure it out, yes they will do tests and more tests. And a PCP does not know much, keep that in mind. They are not specialists, they look up symptoms and find out what to do. PCPs are good for common normal ailments but trying to figure out something strange, and odd like your symptoms….. your PCP cannot do that. Sorry but they can’t. And, regular specialists /doctors in most areas will not be able to figure that out. Sorry to tell you but your symptoms require better doctors. Better doctors that can troubleshoot problems. I’m not sure where you went, but I’m going to assume that you didn’t go to Hopkins, Mayo, or Mass Gen. those doctors are trained to troubleshoot bizarre cases that other places/doctors cannot. Regular PCPs and even hospitals with specialists are not equipped to troubleshoot odd cases like yours. I’m sorry this is so scary for you. And frustrating with all your doctors.
    J. I’ll disagree that doctors are trained to think this is not a vaccine issue. I’m not with the media. If you have data articles that you’d like me to review, that you feel are being suppressed, just let me know, I’d be happy to look at the article for you. Medical article that is, I don’t look at media and other articles.

Hello! I'm mostly ok now just trying to get over the trauma I feel like I carry in my body. I'm driving again and life is mostly back to normal. I guess I don't see a reason to go to the doctor's now. I think going where I did might have caused more harm and anger than actually help me. But I think I'm ok and have to believe so anyway. It was either a fluke or it has passed but slowly/surely I think I've gotten through the thick of it and life is relatively normal again.
