I love how this video glosses over a grown man sending a bikini shot from a woman's teenage years to one of her students. That could be considered _revenge porn_ and _sexting a minor,_ but since the teacher did not bring that student to the principal's office for questioning, that lead goes unutilized.
Also, like Dan said, she could have recorded her conversation with the perpetrator in the diner and taken the confession to the police. This video could have been a maximum of _five minutes_ long.
Also, what will a lawyer do without evidence? If she was not willing to look into the teacher's situation prior to the latter helping the former's daughter, I doubt she would be useful as an attorney. The video shows that she judged the teacher before she got the context, which was provided to the _principal_ beforehand. So, the principal could have made the case for the teacher, but nope. Immediate expulsion is better for drama and emotional engagement.
Finally, taken at face value, many modern teenage girls take bikini photos. How is that a firable offense? The picture was not meant to be sent to anyone (she did not want to take it in the first place), it was private. How was any of this made to be the teacher's fault?
