진짜 뉴욕에 동생살고있는데 집값이 미치긴함 ㅋㅋㅋ
맞아요.. 비싼집들 많죠
제가 미국 주택을 최소 200채 이상 보았는데,,
뉴욕에 주택들이 다 비싸기만 하고 별 볼일이 없는데,,
이건 그중에 가장 마음에 드는군요.
특히 3층 테라스가 가장 마음에 듭니다.
엘리베이터가 있지만,,
운동을 위해서라면 헉헉대며 빠르게 올라가야만 하는것도 더 마음에 들고요. ㅎ

이런집은 생각보다 관리비가 너무 비싸서 포기를 한 경우도 있습니다.
그렇게 비싸면 부대시설 아주 좋은 콘도를 가지요.
여기는 아무래도 뉴욕 이라서 그런지 부대시설은 그저 그렇습니다.
마이애미를 가면 약 800만불만 주어도 이보다 더 좋은 크기와 시설의 콘도를 최소 3채 이상 보았습니다.
물론 관리비도 대폭 쌉니다.
그러므로 꼭 뉴욕으로 가야만 할 사람이 아니라면,,
뉴욕은 너무 비싸다는 거죠.

안그래도 이번 주말에 마이애미 컨프런스가 있어서 가서 고급 콘도들 (st regis, cipriani, Ritz 등등) 을 다 보고 왔습니다.
훌륭한 집들이 아주 많더군요 뉴욕보다 관리비도 싸고.. 하지만 뉴욕은 땅이 거의 제한되어 있지만 마이애미는 신축으로 지을 땅이 너무 많다는 점이 큰 차이점 중에 하나 인거 같습니다. 맨해탄은 희귀성에서 가격 차이가 많이 니죠. 하지만 보통 뉴욕에 집이 있으신 분들은 날씨 때문에 마이애미에 세컨 하우스를 많이 구입하시죠~
말씀해 주신것 처럼 뉴욕에 꼭 계실분이 아니고 마이애미의 라이프 스타일을 원하시는 분은 마이애미가 더 좋으시지만 지리와 도시가 오퍼를 할수 있는 것들을 비교 했을때 뉴욕 만한 곳은 없는거 같아요~~ 그리고 투자 가치로도 뉴욕이 월등한거 같구요
