"Happiness" by Dance Gavin Dance is easily...easily, the best release of 2009. Emery's "...in Shallow Seas We Sail," Tides of Man's "Empire Theory," and Jonnie Craig's "A Dream Is a Question You Don't Know How to Answer" are close behind. I'm looking forward to new Pierce the Veil, Misery Signals, and Circa Survive.
i love this band whatever their lineup, but i have to say i can understand why they would choose jonny over kurt, jonny has an INCREDIBLE voice and live it's even better, i was amazed!

Was Will sick during this time or something? Dude was pretty big then lost so much weight out of no where and gained all of it plus more back. I'm curious is my mans was going through something like stress or sickness during this time.

@pSychOAtDawn i understand what you're saying, but a breakdown as i've always understood it is a break from the tempo or time signature of the rest of the song, which in my opinion enriches the song. Those examples are more "musical breaks" to me

There are some amazing songs on DBM 1 and 2, but I feel like those albums consist of a lot of "noise" while the Kurt albums have more creativity and structure, but this is just one man's opinion. Jonny is definitley better live I must add though.
