We loved Roatan. The water was beautiful!!! The vendors were brutal when we went. It was every 10 seconds even approaching my 8 year old daughter. It’s nice to see they have set boundaries now. The water was wonderful!
I'm so sorry. That can be hard for a child especially, sometimes even the adults. The water is amazing and the beach clubs all along the beach are really great. Thank you for watching! Hugs!

Air Snorkeling, I can't bring myself to snorkel but seeing it so clear is fantastic.
This would be a great beach to air snorkel! The water is shallow enough to stand and see the fish from above. I did that, only my camera went under the water! I do that a lot because it is still hard for me to snorkel. Hugs!
Our family is cruising with NCL next month and our two elementary age children. We will be going to this same beach and I was worried because both of our children have food allergies. So far, I submitted an accomodation form to NCL and they have been very kind and helpful so I wasn't worried about them eating on this ship but this excursion lunch had me concerned. Based on your video and description of the selection, I think they'll be fine. I appreciate your talk about food allergies not being anything anyone wants to deal with and that it's okay to speak up! Thanks Favor and Robert we are on the Allure Feb 26th. Quick question if you could only do one excursion out of the three stops which would be your “must do” excursion? Me and the wife are 49 years old so keep that in mins
I would say this one in Roatan. We really enjoyed it, Robert and I are 53 and 50. It is not too intense and if you want you can snorkel. Cozumel has beach clubs with a similar experience if you prefer Mexico. Costa Maya you can simply walk off the ship and explore in the port - shopping, food and a pool even some birds! That vlog will be up in a couple of days. Again, our favorite this week was Roatan. Have a great cruise! She is an amazing ship! Hugs!

For the guided snorkeling to the reef, you said it's included in the excursion? You didn't do that in your video, right? And do we need cash for renting the snorkeling equipment?
Every tour with each cruise line has their own inclusions. Just read the excursion details to know what is included and what is not. They change often so I can’t answer you specifically on your sailing and excursion. Have so much fun. It is absolutely beautiful. Hugs!

The excursion without the guided snorkel tour I’m assuming you can still snorkel if you bring your own gear?
Yes. You can as of our visit but do know the rules can change day to day and even by ship. I have no idea why it is this way but have noticed. That said you can always walk down to the wall and snorkel down there just be mindful of your time! The snorkeling by the rock is some of the best Robert has seen. Have fun!
How much was it to rent the snorkel equipment?
Is the water always that cold? What about in July lol?
It should be much warmer in July. If it is an overcast day or there has been a storm the water will be cooler. You should know that I’m frequently cold, Robert finds the water warmer than I do. Have fun!! Thank you for watching!
No more than you get served in the MDR, it wouldn't be hard to eat again. We were on Allure twice, and that's all we ate in the MDR was twice.
I'm looking at this same tour on Harmony this December. Looks like the price has risen some. I believe it's $74 each. Your cost was $87.98 for two. Is it worth the extra cost?
I may have missed if you have told before, did you always have your allergy or did you develop it as an adult?
I developed my allergies as an adult. Gluten was just the beginning. Hugs
Don’t expect other countries to have a seat belt law like America. They do have the right to do what they want to do in their country, but I get the point regarding seat belts 👍
I sure wish they would... We usually don't have the issue in Roatan.. I just want to be as safe as possible. Hugs!
