In this video, the Engineer prepares Nazanin and Ghazal for school, and they head to school after having breakfast.
The grandparents came to Engineer's house and spent the night with them.
Nazanin felt unwell at school and returned home. The Engineer takes her to the hospital for tests, and the doctor treats her.
A lady whose child had been burnt several weeks ago and whom the Engineer had helped visited him and Fatemeh's children at their home, joining them for lunch.
The grandfather takes the little sheep for grazing in the countryside.
