Wonderful tutorial! And I am so glad that you didn't speed it up any faster than it was. It's the perfect speed, perfect captions, and done in such a way that made it easy to follow your every move! Thank you for sharing your gift of creativity. I look forward to more!
The fact that you can make people like silkysoulable so angry in itself shows that your painting is a success. The only way it would be a failure is if everyone was indifferent to it. :)
Me, too! I wish the other artists would remember that we watch them because we truly enjoy watching them create. If the video is longer, that just means there's more to enjoy! :) Besides, the human eye is simply not geared to stay focused on something speeded up 4x. It produces an almost sea-sick feeling.
Looking forward to seeing more!
cool
nice painting
Brilliant! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your art and your technique!!
I really like this type of abstract. Beautiful.
Love the way you did this , am going to try this . Have spent hours on Portraits & Landscapes !! then did a large Abstract with a knife a sort of sunburst , really enjoyed doing it & took only about half an hour !! Still not sold my other paintings but sold the Abstract , most people buy Art because they like what they see , not because of the time spent or the Technique .:)
Love this style!
I have done so many paintings with this technique ..and then put some elegant Arabic calligraphy on top..Looks amazing. Its an excellent background for many things, esp calligraphy
i like this a lot...never thought about doing abstract this way...new to the ArtSide!!!!
Beautiful!! Very inspiring. Thanks for sharing the technique.
I enjoyed this and now want to try it myself. Thanks for posting and please ignore those who are haters without cause, they haven't got a life.
Thanks for sharing your technique! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I find the spontaneous movement of the paint and colors over the canvas very meditative.
I love it, and can't wait to try the technique myself.
Muito linda a sua pintura e técnica. Leve, solta e muito agradável aos olhos!! Amazonense apaixonado pelo seu trabalho!!!
love this technique, love your art, i could use some of this in my style. excellent.
So pretty! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing this. I have been wondering how to create this effect with acrylics for ages.
Great idea! I'm going to try something similar to this!
Love this video - I'm going to try this today!
Awesome - thanks for sharing the technique!
Fantastic...I'm gonna do this right now😍
You are one of the more creative artists of pouring paint. I also like the fact you are able to modulate the colors. Few do that. Love your work as well as Linda Celestial.
Thank you for this helpful video, I look forward to trying this art method.
Thanks for sharing a great method! There's no right way to be creative.
Quite interesting. I'm gonna give this a go. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic!
Thank you.
Thank you for sharing and inspiring.
Hello! Its a very special art of work, i like your patiently and calm painting! 👍
Thank you for sharing. Every mind creates differently, and whatever a person sees fit to make, then go forth and do. You did a great job and I look forward to trying it out. :)
thanks for sharing!
This is a really nice technique, I think I may try something similar for one of my paintings. Thank you for sharing this!!! :)
Great, very interesting.
we used to do this at school when we were five,if only I knew back then how talented we were, ART NO ITS PISSING ABOUT WITH PAINT

I would have like to see it dry and finished. :)
Funny technique. Thanks for showing us.
Vielen Dank für das zeigen! Es wäre super gewesen das Bild noch einmal im getrockneten Zustand zu sehen...
I love it! I really want to try it now with cooler colors. :) ....Don't listen to all the negative comments. Keep doing what you love.
FangedAngel89 thanks, I just did one in blues and greens but unfortunately it didn't all record!
Thanks for sharing
excelente tecnica (portuguese)
Nice work : )
Nice. How much do you charge for a painting like this?
This would have worked better had you used a pouring medium instead of just water
Janine Harris quite possibly Janine but I don’t think pouring mediums had been invented when I did this painting 6 years or so ago 😉
Need have a lot of money to so much paint to use on.. :D cool
Interesting and inspiring indeed..
To spread the paint around I use old credit cards, that I can simply throw away after. I also use a pastel powder, grating it right on the painting,(middle for flowers) like Parmesan cheese :-) although in here paint should be somewhat drier so it wont melt in it.
Great job.
For all you, negativists: I bet you did not create a thing in your life, besides spewing mean nasty comments for those who do.
Please stay out or get a life!!!
what is the name of the gold powder you use and where can it be purchased?
WHAT COLOURS DO YOU USE ????
This painting was awesome..silkysoulable been drinking on that hater-Ade....and don't know the flavor...apparently he or she had their interest peeked wouldn't' you say...
Can you tell me what the name of the paint is in the bottles so I can get the same thing?
Mlishman, thanks so much for the motivation..wonderful painting and I sure can see this hanging on my walls. And Anthony Berrisford is just a freaking idiot with a problem..don't concern yourself with people like that. There's always someone who's glass is ALWAYS half empty. Your work is fantastic..
it's your hobby between washing dishes and cooking ?
what medium did you use or was it whitepaint
I used acrylic paint and water. See a link in the description to more detailed instructions.

When do you remove the tape?
Hi, I try and remove it before the paint is completely dry as otherwise it can be quite hard to get off, so maybe a few hours after doing the painting.
I can see if you take the tape off too soon, the paint will run unevenly down the sides of the canvas, too late and the tape will be difficult to remove. I suppose timing is everything. Thanks for the response.
Looks Fun and a easy sell...but soo messy..My coffee table is my art Space...naaa....
kym rhymer ha ha yes it can be a bit messy but use a plastic sheet underneath and the masking tape and it's not too bad!
Using all that paint would give me anxiety . 🙃
Lib Art students getting so but hurt over one simple idea for creative use of paint. Makes me think there are deeper issues. 😐 Whatever. I enjoyed it.
Bkr111, it doesn't have a name. I got a big pot of it in a hardware shop in Dubai. It lasts so long I have split the pot and am selling small pots of it for £3 plus postage. If you are in the Uk drop me a line through my website at azureart.com and I can sort you some. You only need the smallest amount as it goes a long way.
I dont get it.
I would like to see the dry painting and see it without the tape.
Hi Bonnie, if you follow the link in the description you can see a picture of the finished painting :-)
Honestly this was a waste of paint
Great tip!!!! You do beautiful work....and please just ignore the silly idiot who is so ugly inside and out that he can't see the beauty in lyrical abstraction.
Probably boring bogus
Jesus! A first class degree in Art, and an MA from the RCA......And all I had to do was tip a load of acrylic on a canvas and let it drip?.....Think I wasted seven years of my life.......
Pretty cool.
