Bahria karachi is a lifestyle, and for good and healthy lifestyle, you have to sacrifice few things . The overall size of BTK is humongous and since 2019 its gradually filling up and by 2030 ,BTK will be most sought after place in karachi . The only change possible would be change of management, because as per Supreme court verdict ,bahria management owes money to malir development authority ,and if management unable to pays that amout ,MDA will gives it management to some other party as DHA or any reliable company and will be responsible to pays the fine . There's some discussions behind the scenes in sindh govt to allow sindh bank provides house building loans to allotees ,pic will be clear by the end of this year . Bahria as a residential and commercial entity, is not going anywhere and residents and businesses stays here peacefully, at least bhattay ki parchi nahi aati is society main 😂😂
Agreed 👍, but bahria management is making life of bahria residents hell by increasing electricity water and maintenance charges on daily basis and due to bad economic conditions inflation is very hight already.
Asalamulikum. Really appreciate your work on making a video but there is no conclusion to it. I have lived 20 yrs in defence and recently shifted to Bahria. The reason behind shifting to bahria is the living standard. Sorry to say but defence has really turned into shit place. Commercials in which you pay 35 to 50k for two bedroom don’t have any proper parking. The commercial are full of baggers, stray dogs and disgusting mouses at night. You don’t get basic facilities like gas, electricity or water in a decent way. There is tanker mafia, then there is gas load shedding, which adds to frustration and with few drops of rain you are left with no electricity. And with all these troubles you have building maintainence of 11k per month which only few people pay cuz of which people suffer. This drainage system is disgusting, the gutters are boiling in every street. It been two year that they are working on rain water drainage system and still it’s in process and work that has been done is a complete failure. The new made road were dogged again for fibre which mad the life miserable after it it was again duged for gas line. The so called lavish Phase 8 smells like gutter when it’s humid. Then In every street there is chai khana with people smoking weed, one can hardly distinguish between commercial and residential place. The defence police or management has no control over any thing expect to tease the poor or take bribe from rayriwala. Everywhere in footpaths you will see baggers and dirty people. The only few signals work there and cause of damages roads and shit coming out of gutter one can hardly breath and get sick every time. The concern about bahria being far is really not a concern cus the heart of city is as far from bahria as it is from defence. The place don’t have any traffic rules followed, neither person feel secure when on road. Only two parks are decent in dha rest have become place for garbage. I don’t know who controls the market prices but with all this shit you get a banglow for as less as 400 million and apartment for 200 million with shit facilities. Will also be commenting on bahria

Cost of living is the biggest issue specially when you have children going to college/ higher education, you and your spouse going for work then cost of commuting for family become substantial expense. If you are retired/semi retired or young couple then you may enjoy the life style without worrying about cost of commuting/transportation.

Bahria is stand at their lowest market values. Villas available at only construction costs. If you purchase a villa the price will be same as its construction cost and plot is absolutly free. But now more dicrease in prices not possible. If only one possitive thing will happend like lease and bank loan facility. Bahria will do a huge jump in prices INSHALLAH.

Its the right time for those who can afford to live a peaceful life and live there now to buy or get a property on rent and quickly move to Bahria Town Karachi. No one knows what will be the future outcome but keeping in view the limited options in Karachi, this place is worth living. Investors will not be able to make any money due to left-right center charges, etc. Not a good place for investment and stable return like DHA, Naval Anchorage, etc. but for a reasonably good place to live. DHA Karachi at the moment is the worst place to live. Zero line water supply and cost of water tanker monthly is not less than PKR 50,000/-. Bahria Town is a good place for retired people and those who are working from home. I know many people, youngsters, etc. who live in various areas of Karachi visited Seaview daily on the bike, car, etc. for fun in the recent past. So distance many not matter for many people
People are also concerned that what if, Bahria defaults on payments to Supreme Court, all of it will be taken over by MDA and then it will be like rest of the Karachi, unlivable..
"Rest of Karachi" jaisa ho bhi jai. Tu Kiya infrastructure jaisa rest of karachi jaisa hoga? Jo roads ban chuki hai , Jo school aur hospital parks ban chukey Hain wo rest of Karachi jaisa hoga. Insan Kisi logic se baat karta hai.
