Just installed the updated linkage and Synergy stabilizer on my 06 Ram 2500 CTD. Thanks for your videos. Gave me the confidence to do the job myself. Used a couple "love taps" and a "quick and dirty alignment" to get the job done. Simple. Even a pharmacist can do it.

Just put mine on. Same brand as one as shown in video. Cost about $120.Watch video as it is very informative. I used a floor jack and it worked great. Test drive proved to remove sway and drift. Not a mechanic and it took me about an hour. Finally found something to fix DW and drift. By the way, 06 Dodge 2500 with 37 inch tires. I did put a pitman arm that is for a 6" lift. All good. Thanks for a great tutorial video. Rockin the mountains in NV.

You're welcome! I know how frustrating that can be. This made a HUGE difference on my 01. Some of the 03-05 years are really picky on lower ball joints and tires too. The factory lower ball joints have 1/2" play up and down after only 30k miles and Dodge says "that's fine and designed that way", but that will shake your teeth out- use MOOG problem solvers to correct that.

Check your other linkages for play. Often when one component is sured up the symptom of another may be more pronounced. Your steering gear box may also have play on the down shaft- possibly why the misalignment of bolts.

I put one of these on my 2002 dodge truck w/diesel engine and where you used the impact wrench it clearly tells you to torque them down. I got mine from BD diesel out of Canada. It is a great unit but the directions clearly tell you to torque all of them down and it also says to put the greese fitting toward the back. Not trying to tell you how to do your work but the directions are there for a reason.

Other videos I have watched say the pitman arm nut is 185 foot #'s now who are you going to believe or just make it the best you can as directions can be misleading and we just must use common sense

Brian, have you ever seen the video regarding death wobble on Dodge trucks your year and they address pitman arm movement? They say it's a DESIGN FLAW regarding the pitman arm being at an excessive angle, etc. Kevins off road also mentions steering box frame bolt location/pattern thus the use of the brace, his brace looks different as it clamps on the bottom of the box but that seems a better design as it holds pitman arm shaft directly-- do they make that design for the ZJ??
