Did someone else realize that Davie left everyone in his city with no bass?
Really bummed I missed out on this but I'm honestly just really happy to see Davie do so many awesome things with his money. He didn't have to acknowledge how he's been fortunate in CZcams etc, and he *DAMN* sure didn't have to drop over ten grand on basses to just give away to his audience. But he did. And this is one of the many reasons why I just adore this awesome random CZcams man. Respect. Nothing but respect for him.

You inspired me to get a bass so thank you. An old used cheap and broken, but damn... I taught myself to fix it. Re-soldered some connections. Fabricated a new cover plate. Found out about intonation. Tightened the truss rod. It's my child now.

Bass is the way. I played guitar for 14 years before I decided to buy a bass and really learn it. Ever since I got a bass about 4 years ago, I rarely play my guitar and play bass daily. I was playing the wrong instrument all those years just didn't know it til i got a bass lol.
