There is a Catalina 30 in my marina named "Tally Ho". She is also very well sailed, and we have played "chase" with each other on several occasions. I sail a Catalina 320, which is a faster boat. Not to mention I have a 155 vs. a 130 genoa. It's still fun. My slip neighbors Hunter 35.5 is faster, so I get to play chase with them, never catching up. Agree with others, it's all in the sail trim. I read "Sail Trim" and "More Sail Trim" and got a lot out of them both.

What is really amazing about this video
is all the kite boarders in the background, there may be couple dozen kites up.

That`s not leaning a bit too much? Shouldn`t you put reef in?

Nice trim! Is that the full headsail? Looks like a windy day

How is she walking over you? Aren't you technically, a faster boat?

It's all about trimming the sails

Trim and hull. How clean was the hull on the camera boat?
