Daylight bombing raids in Blenheims was no cakewalk, salute to all that did this dirty job.
Why were those boys sent out in the redundant Blenheims to attack inconsequential targets in occupied France in daylight?
God rest their brave young souls.
Just remember these very brave young men were from that greatest generation who fought and died for the freedoms we enjoy today. Lest we forget!!
But those freedoms are fastly eroding as maniacs with (Woke) aspirations are exerting themselves at all costs.

Pretty amazing historical footage early in the war....Blenheims on a daylight mission....? 'Crikey' is all I can say. That's the bravery of youth, the bloke they interviewed at the end looked very young. I hope he survived the war. Lest we forget.

Bomber command was totally awful first 3 years of war, they missed their targets like crazy. Until they started learn and listen to pilots
