I also Do a list of needed items and food, but i don't do store bought stock or envelopes of taco or chili or any other stuff. I make fresh stock and can it and make my own fresh made seasoning packets. Especially since i have high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease and cholesterol problems, making it will take time but my health has gotten so much better and started losing the extra weight.

I'm French, so I don't know if you have these pasta brands in stores in the United States. Here are some Italian pasta brands I recommend: "Liguori" and "La Terra e Il Cielo". For good passata and tomato sauces : "Le Delizie di mamma puggia".

Great tip and I am gonna do this at my Costco the next time my laundry detergent goes on sale. In a way this saves money as well when prices go up during the year like this one.
