    You might need a big bead or a tack stuck on the end of the dowels that makes the birds pop up and down.

    I’d like to see more work like this done (BUT) on the Axminster Workshop scroll saw which I own….not all of us can afford an £800 to £1k scroll saw 😢

      Hi there, I am sure this something that can easily be achieved. A google search brings up many great reference books and videos on how to do this.

    OOOH - cross-cutting on the bandsaw against the fence - EDGY !
    Wouldn't the mitre saw (or mitre gauge on the bandsaw) be a much safer option ?
