OMGGGGG!!! That meal looked amazing! Everything and the BIG CHIPS!! I’m gonna make some of them for sure!! I was sat here drooling although it’s 10.54am here!! Should have put some garlic on it to marinate too 😋. On a pork fillet I put soya sauce garlic and honey it goes dark but delish 😋

Yes it is, souvlaki is the smaller cuts of meat on smaller kebabs, may show you one day. Also I'm glad I didn't hahahaha

That seemed to melt all the fat and kept the meat tender. I can only eat crispy fat. like the belly pork and now this. It looked yummy and all the children liked it too. I am sure you and your family could make on of those rotisseries. So much more tasty than a bought and cheaper for the quantity you had, fantastic work all. Thank you

I had one of those ,i never knew the real name ,but it cooked meat excellently ,i did find that you had to keep the heat up,depending on which meat you were cooking , i’ve cook a joint of pork ,a whole large chicken ,and kebabs ❤ Geez i so wish i had smell-a-vision,my mouth is watering 😎💖Thankyou for sharing 👏👏👏😎💖

Aw hope you didn't cut yourself with the knife Tracey😣 I saw you'd got your hand wrapped up. I was expecting Ben to skewer himself too😬 Its funny watching others doing things we all do, but we whince whilst watching🫣🤣🤣 I love the souvla kit & had one, but lent it to someone & never got it back🤬 I guess I could get one off Amazon now, but fancy one of those big open fire ones with a frame over it to dangle meat from & some of them have a rotisserie on them....cost quite a bit though & there's only me & the dog🤣🤣
No I sliced it on some broken pottery while cleaning out a cupboard but it's all good now, my tummy also turned watching Benj put the meat on the skewer.
Such a shame about your souvla machine, I would totally miss ours if we didn't have it.

Oh I loved your meal that pork looked yum tym I bet it would be nice with belly pork I bet the butcher would sell you a piece of it and you could slice it up and with if nejng on the bbq the fat would melt away a lot doesn't like belly pork saying its very fatty but cooking it slow the fat melt though the meat and its tasty love to you all ❤xxx xxx ❤fran xxxx

No apparently I only write with my left hand, when things feel awkward I always assume it's because I am left handed 🤣. No I was cleaning out a cupboard and sliced my palm on a bit of broken pottery that I didn't realise was in the bottom of the cupboard. 😊

The meat looked really nice. Does the skin crisp up or more melt with the cooking?
I did cut my hand, I was cleaning out a cupboard and sliced my hand on a bit of broken pottery that was in the bottom of said cupboard. It doesn't really crisp up more melts away, soooo tasty 😋

Yoghurt for lamb is the best, not tried it on pork and yes didn't realise we had any hahahaha
