Yes as long as the drainage is good. Pittosporum may need a little more water, however Artemisia is fairly tolerant.
This doesn't actually tell you how to prune an Artemisia! It shows you a plant before and after pruning.
Hello Ruth, I guess with such hard pruning we thought it would be obvious, we are cutting back to almost ground level. However you are right, we should have shown more detail and demonstrated the process. We will take that on board.
