The ref probably got a decent view of flat shoulders but didnt see how far the hip rotation was from our angle, the guy was fairly twisted.

Turns out it was the Judokas how caused the second wave. If my kids have no problems wearing masks in sports (yes, the teacher says so, what could possibly go wrong he said) - why can't they?
I don't think the judoka caused the second wave. With Winter coming, I think it was inevitable.
