Acy Zen, That's a shame. Are you at Swinburne or another Uni?

Hi I have a question- is their a lot of maths in product design engineering

@@ziionto9825 I can not answer your question very specifficly as you have not mentioned any universities you are looking in to. But as a rule of thumb, there will be some maths since it is an engineering degree - because you are expected to be able to comunnicate with other types of engineers. On my University, all students are required to take classes in maths, physiscs(of some sort), programming (of some sort) and chemistry (for almost all degrees). The two courses that take up most space/time of the first year is maths and physics(around 1/2 of your timetable). The two others are of "normal in size" and take up 1/6. The rest (2/6) will be courses more related to your exact field. The following years most of your timetable will consist of fieled specific courses. - so to sum it up , yes it will require some, in order to give your an engineering foundation and make you able to comunicate with other engineers, as that is usually what wil happen in your work life. But again, you may need to examine the rules yourself at your prefered university. Hope that helps
